Yes, the Cedo Apps Reward Center in the Admin Portal automatically tracks and adds points for user interactions that have been predefined. You can set up the prizes, assign point values, and showcase them in the reward store for users to browse. Redeeming points is simple: users just click “redeem,” enter their preferred shipping address, and fulfillment can be managed through Shopify or another vendor of your choice.
Administrators have access to a backend Admin Portal to monitor each user’s points and track top performers in real-time.
Organizations can promote their own or external events and conferences in the app simply by entering their information manually on the Cedo Apps back-end Admin Portal or automating these via their website, organization’s portal or Outlook. Theses will appear under “Events” in the app. From the list that appears, users can then choose which events are important to them.
Once they click “Add Event”, a list will be generated under their Profile and the most recent event will be added to a Countdown Clock on their Home Page. This will show how many days, hours, minutes, and seconds until the event. Once the time has passed, the next event will populate.
Yes, videos can be added, and they are proven to keep users more engaged than just words.
Push notifications and alerts can be sent at any time and can be pre-programmed in the Cedo Apps Admin Portal. A list of all the scheduled notifications will appear. The same process applies to Practical Tips/Quotes.
The Cedo Apps backend Admin Portal displays real-time engagement metrics. Organizations can customize features, interactions, and choose which actions to reward, all tracked and reported in the Admin Portal.
If a user needs to ask questions to somebody in a selected group on the app, they have the option to call, email, or connect directly via LinkedIn. Another great feature allows users, such as fans, to submit video questions. The recipient can then choose how to respond, with the option to quickly reply with a video of their own.
Depending on the type of content and where it is stored in an organization, the app can be automated, yes. For example, it can pull content from all social media platforms, from your website, from Outlook to name a few.
